SALES MANAGER

Finhost (incorporated in Estonia) – is a white-label digital core banking software provider serving financial institutions worldwide. Our platform includes 30+ API integrations, connecting seamlessly with banking services, KYC providers, crypto liquidity solutions, and more. We offer ready-made banking applications along with a comprehensive back-office system for full end-user control. We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to own pipeline growth, drive qualified demos, and close strategic deals.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → close.
  • Build and manage a predictable pipeline across the Fintech industry using HubSpot, Pipedrive, Snov.io.
  • Run high-impact demos and tailor value propositions to stakeholder needs (product, compliance, finance, execs).
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and outbound sequences; provide feedback to Product.
  • Forecast weekly and monthly; maintain clean CRM hygiene and stage accuracy.
  • Represent Finhost at industry events and webinars.

What Will Help You Succeed

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in fintech SaaS sales with a strong track record of closed deals.
  • Background in the digital banking sector with knowledge of providers in Banking-as-a-Service, KYC, AML, Card issuing, Payment rails, Crypto, Core Banking, FX.
  • Understanding fintech licenses (EMI, PI, MSB, VASP, CASP, VARA)
  • Experience working with clients primarily in the EU, UK, Canada, and US (UAE experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in selling technology stacks (API, Front-end, Back-end) with basic knowledge of React.js, Node.js, and React Native.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS/White-label business models (practical, not just theoretical experience).
  • End-to-end deal closing skills: from the initial call to signed agreements.
  • Ability to collaborate with the tech team to ensure delivery of sold products.
  • English proficiency: C1 or native level.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or Pipedrive).
  • Experience in designing sales strategies for outbound, with continuous improvements to website performance.
  • Active participation in fintech conferences (EU/UK/UAE – e.g., Money20/20, Token2049, etc.).

Bonus points for

  • Hands-on experience in front-end/back-end development (at least through pet projects)
  • Using AI tools in daily tasks
  • Previous experience with fintech events such as Money20/20, Token2049, etc.
