Coverage

Seven payment routes, each built for the way money actually moves

Every corridor uses the identifiers and timing that bank actually requires, instead of forcing one generic form onto every destination.

EUR

SEPA

Standard transfers across the euro area and SEPA scheme countries, plus SEPA Instant for transfers that settle in seconds.

1 to 2 days, or seconds with Instant
Multi

SWIFT

International transfers in GBP, EUR, USD, PLN, CAD, and NGN, to almost any country in the world.

Typically 1 to 2 business days
GBP

UK Faster Payments

Local UK transfers using a sort code and account number, the way UK customers already expect to send money.

Same day, often within minutes
CAD

Canada EFT

Local Canadian transfers using an account number, transit number, and institution number.

1 to 2 business days
AED

UAE (UAEFTS)

Local UAE transfers that settle in seconds for smaller amounts, or the same business day for larger ones.

Seconds to same business day
NGN

Nigeria (NIP)

Local Nigerian transfers through NIBSS Instant Payment, the scheme used by essentially every bank in the country.

Real time settlement
EGP

Egypt

Available in select cases, through bank transfer or mobile wallet payout. Ask your account team about current availability.

Case by case
A note on maturity: Nigeria’s underlying payment scheme settles in real time, and our current implementation for it involves a Back Office step behind the scenes rather than being fully self serve end to end today. Egypt support exists for specific use cases rather than as a full self serve corridor.

What’s included

The details that make a transfer actually work

01

Built in IBAN checking

Recipient bank details are verified and auto filled the moment a valid IBAN is entered, with a manual fallback if the check isn’t available.

02

The right identifier every time

Sort codes for the UK, transit and institution numbers for Canada, IBAN where it’s the standard. Never a generic form that doesn’t fit.

03

Personal and business recipients

Send to an individual or a company, with the right fields for each, across every corridor that supports both.

04

Recipients saved automatically

Once a transfer is sent, the recipient is saved for next time, so repeat payments take one tap.

05

Sanctioned country screening

Restricted destinations are blocked automatically, based on your account’s own configuration.

06

Clear fees before you send

The total, including fee, is shown before a customer confirms, never as a surprise afterward.

How it works

The same flow, whichever rail fits the destination

Customers pick a method, and the form adapts to what that rail actually needs.

STEP 01

Choose a rail

Internal, UK Faster Payments, SEPA, SWIFT, or a local corridor, from the Send Money screen.

STEP 02

Add or pick a recipient

Enter bank details once, or select someone already saved from a past transfer.

STEP 03

Enter the amount

The fee, if any, is calculated and shown alongside the amount right away.

STEP 04

Review and confirm

Every detail, from bank information to the total amount, before the payment is sent.

STEP 05

Track it through to completion

Status updates, a receipt, and the option to send to the same recipient again.

Adding a recipient

One form, adapted to the rail

The fields a customer sees change based on the destination they picked, not a one size fits all layout.

  • Bank details first, then who the money is going to
  • Personal or business, with matching fields for each
  • A confirmation the moment the recipient is saved

Confirming a payment

Nothing hidden before a customer sends

Every field that matters is visible on one screen, right before the transfer goes out.

  • Bank information and, where relevant, intermediary bank details
  • Recipient information exactly as it was entered
  • The fee and the total amount that will actually be sent

Why FinHost

Money movement infrastructure, not a single generic form

Built for how each country actually banks

Sort codes, NUBAN, transit numbers, IBAN, each corridor uses the identifier that bank’s own system expects.

One experience, many rails underneath

Customers see a single Send Money flow. The routing, validation, and provider logic for each corridor happens behind it.

Honest about where coverage is still growing

Core corridors are available in one Send Money experience. Where a corridor is still maturing, we say so rather than overstating it.

Move money the way each country expects it

Multiple payment rails today, with more coverage on the way, all behind one Send Money experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between SEPA and SEPA Instant?
SEPA settles in 1 to 2 business days with no amount limit. SEPA Instant settles in 10 seconds or less, is available around the clock, and is capped at 100,000 EUR per transaction, provided the recipient’s bank supports it.
Can a customer send money before their account is verified?
No. Every corridor requires an active account with confirmed identity verification before a transfer can be sent.
Is there one fixed list of countries that are blocked?
No. Restricted destinations depend on the payment provider handling that corridor and on your own account’s configuration, so the exact list can vary. Confirm specifics with your account team
Are Nigeria and Egypt available the same way as the other corridors?
Not quite yet. Nigeria’s payment scheme settles in real time, but our current implementation involves a step handled behind the scenes rather than being fully self serve. Egypt is available for specific cases rather than as a complete self serve corridor. Ask your account team for the latest on either.
Does the customer see the fee before sending?
Yes. The fee and the total amount that will be debited are both shown on the confirmation screen before a customer sends a payment.
