Do referrers earn a reward right now?
Not yet. The program is in early access, every action you take now will count when the rewards program launches, but no specific bonus or cashback is live today. Beta — rewards coming soon
Can I change my referral code?
No. Your code is generated once and stays the same, it can’t be edited or reset, which keeps every referral relationship reliable.
What happens if I enter an invalid code at sign-up?
You’ll see “Invalid referral code.” and can correct it or simply leave the field blank either way, sign-up continues normally.
Does a referral code work for business accounts too?
Yes, if you’re referred as an individual and later open a company, the same code attaches to your business account automatically. No need to enter it again.
What can admins see in the Back Office?
Every introducer, their referral code, how many users they’ve referred, and the transaction volume linked to those users, updated in real time, not a static snapshot.
