◎

Traceable after execution

Order history and transaction details keep the conversion result, amounts, rate, timestamps and identifiers available after submission.

Customer journey

From currency selection to a recorded conversion

The screens show a clear sequence with no switch to a separate product or external exchange interface.

Choose the From and To currencies. A fiat-to-fiat pair is routed to FX automatically.

    Select the accounts

Choose a source account and an account for the currency being bought. If needed, the interface prompts account creation.

  3. 03

    Enter the sell amount

FinHost displays the available balance, conversion rate and calculated amount to be bought.

  4. 04

    Confirm the conversion

Review the pair, sell amount, rate and buy amount, then place the conversion and open its record from order history.

Account-based FX

Convert directly from one currency account to another

The exchange form starts with the customer’s source and destination accounts. The sell amount is entered in the From currency, while the To amount is calculated from the displayed FX rate.

  • The account selector shows each account’s available balance
  • The same currency cannot be selected on both sides
  • If the destination account is missing, the customer sees a Create account option
  • An inline error appears when the required account cannot be created or selected

The order details include the pair, rate, sell amount, buy amount, date and time, order ID, status and a related transaction when available.

What happens if the conversion fails?

The order receives a Failed status and shows a specific reason, such as a significant price change or a processing timeout. The customer is directed to retry or contact support.
